Overview
The following pages contain descriptions of the courses that may be available at Townsend Church of England School during next academic year to study in the sixth form. The precise curriculum to be offered next academic year will depend on the number of student choices and staff availability. Courses will run if there are sufficient numbers of students opting to take the course and adequate staffing available within available resources. If the course is unavailable at Townsend School, it is highly likely it will be offered across the Alban Learning Partners.
We have an extensive range of subjects available across the Alban Learning Partners Consortium and students that attend the Sixth Form here at Townsend are able to take one subject at one of our consortium partners (Loreto, STAGS, Samuel Ryder Academy and Marlborough).
